A solid Production and Risk Mitigation Plan is complex to create and manage. Having worked with top-tier clients on challenging projects, we help you focus on the creative and development aspects of making a great game, while we take responsibility for maintaining a clear plan and roadmap. We adapt it to any setbacks to ensure the game is delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality.
The most important thing in video game development is for each person involved to have maximum focus on their responsibilities and to always avoid “wearing multiple hats” whenever possible. This often gives a false sense of initial control that quickly leads to personal and team burnout. The role of the Producer is crucial for a game to succeed, as a good professional will always help the team focus on their area of expertise to give their best in an environment that fosters creativity and safety, without crunch.
We work in a personalized way to deeply understand each project and provide support where it’s needed most at every stage—from initial Market Analysis to final Live Ops—covering ideation, prototyping, pre-production, production, and launch.
A Classic Production, without taking on a Product Manager role (usually associated with the Producer in small studios), will never interfere with the definition or prioritization of a game's features. Creative control rests entirely with the team, who decides which features are most important and what is added or removed from the backlog to fit the Production Plan.
In a Production with Product ownership, the Producer, in addition to their classic functions, assumes the role of Product Manager. The Product Manager is responsible for identifying if there is a Product Market Fit for the game, defining at a high level and prioritizing all features, and generating a clear Product Roadmap so the rest of the team understands the direction and can provide their feedback.
